This policy explains how BizFix handles information submitted through this website. BizFix provides practical AI consulting and implementation services to businesses in Raleigh–Durham and across the Triangle.

When you submit the opportunity form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, website, optional phone number, team size, and the business problem you describe. We also collect limited technical and attribution data, such as your browser, referring page, landing page, and campaign parameters.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate whether BizFix may be able to help, operate and secure the website, measure marketing performance, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
Lead information is stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from abuse. If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Cloudflare Web Analytics may receive device and usage information under their own terms. Notification or CRM providers may process lead details only to help BizFix respond to your request.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. We use access controls, encrypted connections, server-side validation, spam protection, and rate limiting to reduce risk. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask BizFix to stop contacting you. Submit the website form with “privacy request” in the final field so the request can be routed appropriately.

We may update this policy as the website and services change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
